This is a great fitness/game for anyone looking to do more than sit in front of the game and toggle a controller. Has made amazing changes in my daughter and I recommend this product to everyone. from Overstock.com It is easy to get started and you can work out as little as 15 minutes a session. It periodically reviews your progress and the instructor gives supportive comments during workouts, just like the real thing. I love the tutorials for each exercise.
