Pros: Design idea was a good one Cons: Implementation didn't work "I bought this phone for my 90 year mother because the feature set was perfect. Unfortunately, after charging the battery on the cordless handset and trying it out, I discovered that the sound quality was awful. There was pick-up and the person I called said they could barely understand me. from Bestbuy.com The product came quickly. It was easy hook-up and had a lot of extra features. The only thing that may be wrong with it is that the buttons on the cordless phone weren't quite large enough for my uncle.
