Bought this locally, it worked OK a few weeks then started messing up, dropping calls, no audio when answering calls. Tried to return to the store the next time I was near one but they would not take it back because it had been over 3 months. from Crutchfield.com I recently retired and in the process of downsizing elected to go with cell phones for myself and spouse and not have a landline. I missed the convenience of having cordless phones through out the house so purchased this Panasonic unit with 4 extra extensions. Couldn't be happier. from Crutchfield.com This phone solved a huge problem for me.. unable to use my cell in my home..
