Best Personal Radios for The Gym

i wanted a radio for use in the gym.

it gets weak to nonexistent in the gym just like the sony did.

bottom line is, my wife wants to listen to "wait, wait, don't tell me" at the gym on saturday morning.

until i got this am from sangean....pulling in am no problem...well you cant go deep inside the gym but near the windows its great.

as far as the radio goes, the best things about this radio is the lock button so i don't accidentally change the channel, the six presets which i have each assigned to different tvs at the gym, the

i workout a lot of times in the gym and run on the treadmill all the times.i mostly carry the waist pouch with cd/radio but it's inconvinient all of the time switching the bag left and right in

i purchased this radio to listen to am radio talk shows and television channels broadcast through fm at the gym.

i successfully use the radio feature of this device while working out at the gym.

i mainly use it at the gym to tune into the tv's that they have.

it works fine for the gym, didn't care for the armband strap.

i will have to buy another unit with tv tunning for the gym.
