Please Notice that this review is for the DT-200X, which replaces the DT-200VX, as it doesn't have a TV tuner anymore. I just got this from FedEx about an hour ago, so I'd like to just clarify some things that were unclear or incorrectly stated from other people. from Amazon.com I was very excited to order this radio after reading the positive reviews and even I expedited the shipping method, however, I was greatly dissapointed to find out that the TV audio does not work after the digital switch, and nowhere in the item page does it say that the TV audio is useless for this portable digital AM/FM/TV radio... I'll keep looking for a model that has this feature, as for this one the sound is great but I don't think it is worth the price. from Amazon.com I read the reviews before my purchase of the Sangean DT200VX and found most favorable so I decided to try it even though the cost was considerable. While my older one is still working except for the speaker, which was damaged by one to many drops on a hard floor, I decided to take the plunge and upgrade. from Amazon.com This Sangean DT200VX pocket radio is by far the best of some 6 radios I have owned! Effective February 2009 all TV analog transmission will stop.
