i've read that some people get 34+ hours of battery usage & i wouldn't doubt it.

people who gave this a bad review have either two issues.

after reading some reviews about this product some people were dissapointed because you couldnt transfer files back to a different pc.

people spend too much time blaming and not giving the solutions, which is as simple as installing the real player, which most have, and get the plug in.

it is not slow to load at all, i don't know what these people are talking about.

i've heard people mention that they wish it came with a belt clip.

i wish more people knew about them.

it's a great player, but i think most people who buy this would be better served by a 256mb, 512mb or 1 gig flash drive for a few dollars more.

those are minimal flaws however that most people could live with, and i recommed this over any mp3 players.

many people have said things like how bad the software is, but i thought it went quick!
