however, it's still far from perfect, and i'm really hoping amazon is working on a firmware update that will resolve some of the issues i have with it.

hopefully, it is something that can be corrected in the next software update.

maybe amazon will come up with a firmware update to help with the pdf capabilities.

the os itself is cool, does job pretty well, has some minor bugs, but those can always be repaired by nokia via firmware update.

this phone has all the bells and whistles anyone would want in their hands however the operating system seems to have glitches and there are no us software updates on the website.

i am hopeful that an upcoming firmware update will solve most of the problems.

also, i had trouble installing an official hp patch to my phone from a vista pc, so if you don't have an xp system, avoid the updates, you'll be really glad you did.

once it was locked on, it updated very quickly and very accurately.
