audio is a little on the soft side but i haven't had any problem with it so far.

since i am a medical professional i like windows mobile because of the medical software availability.

the audio tends to drop out while using a bluetooth headset, and the voice commander software on the phone leaves room to improve.

phone can be set up to be a wifi hotspot with data obtained from the 3g network(requires 3rd party softwware).

also, this phone is supported by the joiku spot software, which lets me use my phone as a wireless router.

one good thing is you can use nokia map loader software to load maps and stay offline and use gps.

this phone has all the bells and whistles anyone would want in their hands however the operating system seems to have glitches and there are no us software updates on the website.

the software has many problems and i cannot recommend it.
