One thing about this device: it comes with BlackBerry OS 4, which means that out of 16MB of promised memory you can use only 2-2.5MB. It is almoust the same as if you had to buy a 100 GB hard disk and you could only use 16.7 GB. from Tigerdirect.com Best 16MB Blackberry for the price with wider 240x160 screen, Java ME, etc... -- I really prefer this over the Treos (even if I give up some Palm flexibility). from Tigerdirect.com I'm a Cingular customer in the US and have a Samsung phone with basic data service so I can web surf <2MB. I thought the Blackberry would be cool because of the bigger screen and keyboard. It arrived in good shape. from Tigerdirect.com Unfortunatly I had called my wireless provider before I purchased it to make sure they supported it. Well when I got it and took It in they claimed they didn;t support this model and I needed to purchase one of there models (f@#% them). But I still have my regular phone and it works good as a standalone PDA with Microsft Outlook (Notes, Schedules, Contacts, Attatchment Viewing, Calander, etc.) You have to download the software from the Blackberry Site to use the sync feature to get it to work on desktop (V 3.6 SP3 or higher).
