Battery sucks. 3 hours of using GPS w/ gogle maps and the phone dies on me. On normal days, 15 minutes email checking, no GPS/Google maps, few or very short phone calls, the phone is giving me battery death alerts by 9pm. I've had it 4 months. from Amazon.com My company decided to get these phones for our service techs to notify them of service calls. I found the phone difficult to navigate through the software, and unable to find a ring tone that you can hear. One little ring isn't sufficient enough to get my attention in a work environment. from Amazon.com The phone is great but I was a little disapointed that it did not have picture mail.
