Pros: CF & SD slots, WiFi, Screen Cons: Backup fanatically using CF/SD cards! What's wrong with that great Toshiba Support? from Shopping.com Pros: It will cause you to go back a paper Daytimer which can't fail... Cons: Too much to list - unreliable, loses data, high battery draw, no support, etc. The Bottom Line: Worthless, unreliable, buggy and Toshiba knows it... from Shopping.com I have tried everything that I can think of to make this $500+ PDA work for me. It has been back to Toshiba twice. from Amazon.com Despite early fixes from Toshiba, this PDA still has frequent problems with hard resets (you lose everything), loose batteries (you lose everything), and no support (cannot be upgraded). All in all, it's been frustrating to see poor reviews and then see Toshiba not support the e740 any more. However, with proper management, you can get a WiFi enabled PDA with SD/CF slots for cheap and be pretty satisfied with yourself!
