Pros: Nice screen, good buttons, big screen. Cons: Too big and will break in two years and its a Dell!!! The Bottom Line: Do not buy this machine. from Shopping.com I bought the dell axim x5 a month ago, I like dell products, and own a laptop from them, so it was natural for me to buy the axim. The axim is a god product the x5 is an older model but it more than meets my needs, has all the basics; word, excel, mc library, outlook calender and email, internet explorer, windows media player. from Amazon.com I bought these 2 Dell Axim x5 they work great got them on time and in great condition. But I received 300MHz Pocket PC(must 400),without the cradle and Companion CD! from Amazon.com When I was given this device i assumed it would perform to all of my expectations, and at first it did, that was then, 7 months later i cannot open my contacts list under any circumstances, the battery indcator is not accurate, the device will not sync, it looses infromation of every kind at random, the camera and wireless networking acessories do not work with the product, and Dell customer service is useless. This is the second time i have had to deal with an inferior product from Dell, only to be stonewalled and lied to by their customer service, who are more interested in convincing you to buy more of their products than helping you. from Amazon.com I purchased the Dell Axim X5 overa month ago.
