Pros: Expandability, dependability, user-friendly, excellent design, versatile, good size/weight Cons: Can get bogged down when running many programs at once The Bottom Line: Amazing product and very useful. HP of course blames it on the loaded software, but there was no change when i unloaded ALL extra software. the unit comes with windows pocket PC mobile 5.0 software which has both pluses and minuses over 3.0. for some reason, windows removed many useful functions when they upgraded. from Amazon.com I have had three Pocket PC's over the last seven years and a total of five within our household. Cons: Glass screen. Who would have thought to put glass is something that is going to go in a coat pocket. Then I need to combine the 3, which is where Palm becomes limited. I purchased the 2795 with the intent of combing all of the above through a program using quickbooks. My Wife gave me a Sprint Mogul for my wedding anniversary which uses Windows Mobile 6 and active sync 4.5. from Amazon.com So far this is a great product and I give Amazon kudos for price and delivery. HP on the other hand gets a zero rating for customer and tech support. I love the fingerprint security feature but can't use it because with it activated the HX2795 turns itself on without me doing a thing. HP is totally aware of this issue and has known about it for more then a year and has yet to come up with an adequate, permanent fix other than a "work around" that a non-HP customer came up with on a public HP forum. from Amazon.com I had an Axim before I bought this iPaq. Unfortunately it was stolen and they don't make them anymore, so I bought this as a replacement. from Amazon.com The hx2795 is a well designed product that has worked flawlessly.
