Eventually received one email from support, and no follow up at all. Waste of time and money. Plenty of good products and companies out there, stay away from iGo. from Amazon.com Don't they ever look? At the bottom of every Amazon.com page is a link to other websites for more products. There was a link to iGo.com. I went there and put in the exact bluetooth headset that I had purchased. from Amazon.com The iGo Universal Wall and Auto Charger works fine but not without buying another item, namely an adapter for your Kindle etc. The advertising does not tell you that in addition to the purchase price you must spend at least another $10 in order to be able to use the power supply. from Amazon.com Too bad there is a poor link from the Kindle hurting the rating of the igo, as that is a Kindle web page problem. (Which is why I'm buying another.)
