one of my worries before buying this was that i thought that the screen resolution might look pixelated since the resolution is only 1024 x 600, but it actually looks very sharp.

when hooked to the tv, there is a wide selection of screen sizes, and it compensates for the limited viewing area you get on the 8.9 inch display.

i don't love it because i find it kind of naked without the dvd drive, and i also think the screen size 8.9" is just too small of a screen for my corrected, but not very bad vision.

she loves it and is not bothered at all by the small screen (which is a lot larger than my first tv in 1949).
