Don't buy a Dell unless you want to talk to an Indian customer service call center where all they are trained to do is say is: "No! No! from Amazon.com i bought my dell 12 in. mini for work. from Amazon.com Had my Inspiron Mini 12 for a little over 2 weeks when I used it on a flight from Europe to work on a Word Document. I've had this unit since april of 2009, and first the unit wouldn't boot up, sent it off to dell and they said it was the battery, they sent the unit back to me with the old bad battery, because they didnt have my battery in stock.
