Pros: Never ever buy a sony vgn laptop from Shopping.com The wireless card has gone out which means I have to have a USB connection. Thx guys...ur the best. I can not tell u how disappointed I am with Sony. I have other Sony products but b/c of this I will definitely reconsider. from Amazon.com I ordered the Vaio VGN from Amazon a few months month ago after my little kid's Compaq mini-tower died and I thought a laptop would make more sense for him. For a two year old product that is still being marketed I would have thought Sony should be able to supply recovery disks.
