What's great about it:?Its very fast,has great display very easy to use and has very good help sections What's not so great:?keyboard is very hard to see in dim light. "this is the first laptop/computer I have ever bought brand new I have either built my own desktops or bought used laptops. I am very impressed with HP's help and information sections and the ease of getting software updates. It does attract fingerprints so HP provides a microfiber cloth to help keep it shiny and clean. It looked impressive and after reading the specifications, I expected to see a $1500 or more price tag, but it was only $1199! The sales associate seemed to be extremely knowledgeable on laptops and after her telling me about the 6GB memory (expandable to 8GB), the Pentium 2.4Ghz processor, the 500GB hard drive and the excellent battery life...well I never even looked at any other laptop...
