Bought one of these from Best Buy September 17 and by the power supply starts working intermittently in less than two months. Asus REFUSES to send a new power supply without receiving the bad one back. So I have to have a dead laptop for however long this process will take. from Amazon.com I got this netbook back in july, wanted to give it some time before writing a review on the item. So, here goes... from Amazon.com I have been helping a lady with this unit (xp version) and it has a real wifi problem. After reading the forums, it appears that some of these units have a wife problem such that you can't connect to nearby routers unless you are within 10ft. from Amazon.com I'm a Mac person. Used to be in tech support and Microsoft's software issues provided for me for most of my 20s, so I'm not a hater, but this review is geared specifically towards people who understand the possible benefits and limitations of a Netbook.
