I would agree with other reviewers here that while the netbook itself is quite nice, I can't recommend it because of the customer support -- it's the worst I've experienced for a computer maker. Mine came with a defective battery and so in early August I called to create an RMA. from Amazon.com Can't even get their customer support managers to call me back. Meanwhile, it's a beautiful paperweight. Wonderful netbook, runs windows 7 awesome and I love it as much as my iphone but the company completely lets it down. from Amazon.com The computer is great, however, the power chord malfunctioned about a month after I got it. Asus has a cross-shipment warranty program where you can fax them a form with, among other things, your cc info, and they will send you a replacement part on an expedited basis. Once you receive the new part, you have two weeks to return the defective one (at your own expense), or Asus will charge your cc. from Amazon.com as title so far so good, usable, (after i upgrade to 2MB RAM) start up a little bit slow, aspect very nice, i get a white one. overall between 3 to 3 and half star lol from Amazon.com This netbook is perfect.
