this thing will beat some of my friend's gaming specific pcs and all i added to it were two additional hard drives, a bfg 9600 oc graphics card and a blu-ray burner.

i play eve-online and with graphics set to high i am getting 60 fps which is awsome for a computer that cost less than $800, and at 60 fps it runs really smooth.

nice fast processor, good amount of ram, easy access to the goodies in the case made it easy to upgrade the horrible on board graphics with a nice hd4000 series radeon.
admittedly, the graphics seemed pretty quick without the upgrade.
other than the added ide hd, i've added the pny - nvidia geforce 9600 gt 512mb pci express ddr3 for graphics, and a swann pci dvr 4 camera input security card with software.
setup was a breeze but i noticed that when i switched from tv use to pc use, the graphics would freeze up for a while before coming back.
the graphics card handles all of my games,like "guild wars," and runs without a glitch.

there is also a problem with the graphics card being old, causing some slow down in games.

so, i purchased the hp slimline and expected it to be superfast compared to my old gateway 500c with only 2 megs of ram and a basic micosoft graphic card that came with it.
