called dell support had to download new drivers for the media card; problem fixed!!!

i called tech support at dell, who led me through several attempts to resolve the issue, but was ultimately told the hard drive was bad and asked if there was anything important on it.

the service from them is very good, i had no reason to call them after i ordered it.

i saw this gateway, and other systems, that have what i call a small case - its like 4 inches wide and about 16 inches square.

i called tech support in regards to why an error message always came up when the computer tried to update its norton and windows software.

good multitasker...the hdmi output gives me 1680x1050 resolution.i had to call gateway a couple times while setting this up being new to vista...they were great!...i'll try to say this without

i loaded a demo of call of duty 4 and is slow on the graphics.

i tried the call of duty :modern warfare demo.

gateway has software bundled with this called "big fix" which analyses your system and finds solutions to problems you didn't even know you had.

need to know if i need to call customer service.

when i contacted asus for help, they never once tried to help on my call, and twice told me they would have a tech call me back, but they never did.

a shareware fix i have found that works well is called 'hddled indicator'.

so be careful if you call hp support.

i called hp and they would not replace it.

after numerous "screen freezes" this past week and troublshooting on the hp site i called hp tech support again.
