Where to start...so i bought a system from ibuypower, very excited about the price, and it has yet to run one day without crashing. Every day I get the good 'ol blue screen of death that I haven't seen since I had a system that ran windows 98. from Amazon.com When I demanded that they give me my money back under their 30-day money-back "guarantee," they said it had been over 30 days since my initial order (due to THEIR screwups), so tough luck. I yelled and screamed and got shafted for another return shipping fee. At the end of the day I got my money back through my credit card company but in the interim I had to deal with IBuyPower's shoddy workmanship, non-existent customer service, long wait times on the phone, and a horrid attitude from everyone I spoke to there.
