Pros: -High speed Core2Quad for the price-6GB DDR3 RAM for tons of multitasking-Intel GMA X4500 Integrated GPU is decent for many games.-Free PCI-E x16 Slot To put in a REAL Video Card-8 USB 2.0 Slots plenty for peripherals-Case has an indent in the top where you can sit an external HDD or other peripheral without worring about it slipping off the side of the case-Built in media card reader is great so you dont need a usb flash reader-Plenty of SATA ports.-VERY quiet. Cons: -Front USB slots are oddly angled and can sometimes be hard to plug things into.-300 Watt power supply means you need to upgrade the PSU in order to use a good brand name graphics card-Odd motherboard model (uses an Acer Intel G43 Express chipset) makes it guesswork as to what is needed to upgrade things like the PSU.-CPU Cooler is as big as a jet engine making maneuvering in the case difficult.-No PCI-Express 2.0 (Though you can use a PCI-E2.0 card in a regular x16 slot just without the benefits)-No eSATA Ports-Optical Drive eject buttons are located oddly (on the top of the case, on the side of the case, and on the keyboard)-System has an HDMI port however the mouse has no DPI settings so if you run games, apps, etc in HD you have to set mouse sensitivity for each individual program from Newegg.com Intel Q8300 quad processor is very fast with 6gb ddr3 ram which has twice the bandwith of ddr2 and has better heat dissipation. If you are looking for an all around great computer look no further, best bang for the buck...just look at all this comes with and you would be hard pressed to find a better system for the price, trust me I have done a ton of research. For the gamer this will make a smokin fast gaming PC as this system has a great base to build up with, but you will have to add some hardware.
