Where to start...so i bought one of these systems, very excited about the price, and it has yet to run one day without crashing. Every day I get the good 'ol blue screen of death that I haven't seen since I had a system that ran windows 98. However, having a system with hardware or software problems does not rate a poor rating; it is the reaction of ibuypower as a company that earns this system a one star rating. When I called them to inform them that I am having a problem with my system the tech support guy starts telling me (a not-so computer literate guy) to pull the system apart and start removing components and call them back once I have rebooted the system with the memory pulled out one card at a time. from Amazon.com
