it is a major upgrade from a 8 year old emachine that just could not handle any games that a 9 year old would like. from Amazon.com we use it to backup our other computers and to stream media to our ps3. from Amazon.com i agree wholeheartedly with the reviewer *paglia* who recommends this desktop as well. from Amazon.com for everyday personal or business needs, this desktop is your best bet...... from Amazon.com there is a lot of bloatware that comes pre-installed (ms office 2007 trial, norton anti-virus trial, various games trial, etc) and i recommend you remove these trials and install your own programs. from Amazon.com this computer is used for e-mail, browsing the internet and storing pictures. from Amazon.com we picked up this box for cheap from hp using the epp program. from Amazon.com he had to find xp drivers from the hp consumer support forum. from Amazon.com For me is a good machine, i am a mac user but for my Job i need this computer.
