it does three racks of cookies perfectly, unlike my conventional oven that does best one sheet at a time on the center rack. from Amazon.com i love everything about the cadco convection oven. from Amazon.com the oven is the best yet in the small/counter top convection oven that i have had. from Amazon.com it is of the best quality in the kitchen appliances, and i only buy the top of the line things. from Amazon.com this convection oven is nothing like the junky and short lived appliances you pick up at the big box stores. from Amazon.com it fits on the counter top with no problem and doesn't get the kitchen hot. from Amazon.com double glass door stays cool, big fan is loud with door open, very much quieter with door closed. from Amazon.com be sure to clean interior carefully before burn in procedure, we found styrofoam behind the metal surface covering the fan. from Amazon.com i bought my cadco convection oven seven months ago and the gasket around the door already broke off. from Amazon.com the fan is so strong it makes everything that raises above the pan lean the way the fan is blowing..no control for fan speed...make muffins they all look like they have a nose on them from Amazon.com
