The Vantage Point Universal projector mount is both well designed and well built. It is fairly easy to set up, is stronger than it's spidery construction might suggest, and hold even a good sized projector (such as my JVC SX21) very securely. from Amazon.com It's a universal mount and it works. What more is there to say? from Amazon.com this "universal" mount comes with 4 different size screws for different models of projectors...but none of them fit mine. after 3 trips to home depot to find a long enough screw that would fit (didn't happen) i had to scrap this thing and discontinue my projector project until i could get a different (properly "universal") mount - which i did. from Amazon.com was perfect for my projector it came with all the tools needed from Amazon.com Excellent projector mount that swivels in many different ways to accomodate even the most difficult projector placement. My projector is a Mitsubishi HC5500 and it has very limited lens shift option. from Amazon.com This mount was very easy to setup for my optoma HD65 projector. It has lots of adjustabilty & it's easy to lock down after you've got it set the way you want it. from Amazon.com We had to work around a section in the basement where the ceiling is lowered 11" to cover the vents. Initially we were going to mount this on the ceiling behind this drop, but with the flexibility we ended up mounting to the side of the lowered section. It took a while to make the various adjustments, but having the versatility was great. from Amazon.com This mount is well-built (all metal, no plastic), versatile, and impressive. If this mount does not meet your mounting requirements, no commercially available mount will. from Amazon.com It is a good mount but I couldn't get my ceiling to hold it and the projector. Maybe it was just my ignorance from Amazon.com I bought this for a Mitsubishi 1600C Projector. It appears that is what is being connected in the ad here on Amazon. from Amazon.com
