I have tried the commercial toenail fungus stuff that comes with an eyedropper and have had little success. I put a very small amount of water (maybe 10 drops) in a plastic bathroom cup and add 8 drops of GSE, swirl around until the water/GSE appears to be mixed, and then soak a Q-Tip in the mixture and apply liberally to my affected toes.
