A great multi-vitamin. Seems to give me much more energy and a feeling of being "healthy" than other multi-vitamins I've tried. Whether it's that they are sourced from whole foods or not, I don't know, I just know how they make me feel. from Amazon.com Fine vitamin for on the go, but I love their vanilla powder form in smoothies. from Amazon.com I bought these for my fiance who tends to feel tired a lot, and she says she feels so much better after using these vitamins for a month.
