small notes-- although it mentions use of a usb cord, be aware that is only for pc based computers, for mac users (like myself) you will still need the convertor for the vga cord.

i do have a mac, so you can't use the usb cord with it (why, i don't know), you have to use the vga cord and may need to get an adapter for it.

the unit includes a usb power adaptor that pumps out 5v at 2a (!) that is how much juice it takes to run the unit while plugged in to ac power.
