I bought my Sony KDF-55WF655 55-Inch HD-Ready LCD Projection Television in 2004 for around $2,999 (which was a screamin' deal at the time believe it or not). I absolutely love the TV with its built-in subwoofer and high-fidelity speakers; I'm not excited at all about getting one of those new flat panels and dealing with a separate sound system. from Amazon.com I can't believe we went for months, with a dim, dark picture on our Sony projection LCD.
