i upgraded from a 2 gb sansa, to which i had added a 2 gb micro sd card, and it had to re-index the contents every time i turned it on.
when compared to a 160 gb ipod classic at $300 , it's a better device.
syncing is incredibly fast cons: none so far "i have had ipods in the past, and compared to the 120 gb zune, they are worthless.the zune has everything i ever wanted in an mp3 player.

i have a apple ipod nano 8 gb pink (4th generation, and i love it.
16 gb is more than sufficient for about 2,000 songs, it will take me quite some time before i start hearing any repeats.
i love it and the 16 gb version will give me the space i need for the music i want.
i have about 144 apps on it and they only take up half a gb.
after a month spent using the ipod touch, it's far and away superior to any ipod i've owned (two 30 gb 2nd gen ipods and a 4 gb mini).
it is usually from a half gb to a gb taken for software.
it is worth the extra money for the 16 gb.
you should download frostwire (it's free) and you can download as much music as you want and not pay for it (unlike limewire where u only had a couple gb of downloading).

i was so happy when i get this sony 4 gb wlakman video mp3 player...it was all that i was looking for, is slim, small and has good sound.
first, let me say that i'm reviewing the sony 2 gb walkman mp3 player not a video player.
i previously had the older version of the 4 gb walkman, and i really liked it, but it was always a hassle to put more music on because i had to delete my old songs...
i love this sony four gb mp3 player that holds around 500 songs.
my first was a 2 gb version.
it is thin and light, a complete reverse to zune 80 gb, which i also own.
i may have to return it for a 32 gb.
first of all, i have the first generation 30 gb and 1 think i love about the 1st generation is that the casing was made so that it's really hard to scratch.
out to be a goldmine and other times it was a dissapointment, but now i could spend the equivalent of 1 cd to get as many songs as i wanted and i wanted a lot (i filled up 8 gbs in the first 2 days).
i've been an avid fan of this platform since the 80 gb zunes came out two years ago.
