the customer service however was very good and easy to use (though it was quite obviously based in india) and the only problem i had was when my stupid phone ran out of batteries, so then i had to
i guess it's better than getting the iphone just because the batteries on these things seem to go out pretty fast when online & using the apps.
but that was also the way they dealt with our irreplaceable batteries on the first generation ipods.
it's one thing that the batteries wear out quick and you get charged $69 - $79 for a battery that costs about $2.00.
if i had known my previously bought accessories would not work on it i would have chosen a 3rd gen ipod nano instead, do not get me wrong, the product is very good, but useless with previous accesory
you can inadvertently turn on your ipod nano while it's in your handbag and find out you have drained the batteries.
it wouldn't hurt either if there was a way to replace the batteries once they wear out, which is what happened with my first nano.
the batteries don't hold their charge as well as they used to and so i decided to get a 16 gb nano.
