have a hard time downloading and ripping tracks, i cannot fathom how you could be having such a hard time if all you have to do is look for the cd icon at the bottom of the software and press it.

i have the 80gb but it has the same software now as the 120gb i can get on to about any wifi hotspot and download music and i can listen to the first 30 seconds of any song and on some radio stations

i thought the price was a bit high but have been very happy with the quality of the unit and more so with the quality of the software, itunes that is used the keep it orgranized.
