also, i work every thursday night and alway miss my favorite show, so now i just download my show on itunes every week and load it into my ipod touch and can watch it over and over again with crystal
i could go on all night about it but instead i will simply say: get one.
maybe i'm doing something wrong, but i have to charge my ipod every night, most of the time it doesn't even make it 'til evening.

- battery life a tad short - works great for medium plane trips and commuting, but you probably couldn't count on it for a road trip without recharging every night.
ipod was a nightmare requiring downloading program from itunes website to be able to add songs and blocking.
i can get at least nine hours of straight video usage out of this player and probably more - nine hours is the point at which i had home for the day and plug the charger in for the night.
my wife has an ipod nano, and while the sound is good, the ipod has had a reputation for breaking and i found the itunes store a nightmare to navigate.
i received it last tuesday night, and have been using it daily.
however after the initial setup the wireless sync would be optimal for me rather than plugging it in to the pc every night then leaving the pc on and letting it charge.
with that in mind, one drawback to the screen is it is best left indoors or at night.
i have only experience with one other mp3 player besides the nano and it was a nightmare to operate and load music onto.
have traveled to hawaii and just returned last night from key west so it has gotten lots of use keeping me entertained on the flights.
it got it right now and then but was usually the difference between night and day.
i can listen for 5 hours a day and the simple act of syncing new podcasts a night with the nano plugged into my pc is enough to charge it.
i just charged it over night and i havent even listened to it for over 1 and a half hours and the battery is a little less then half gone!!!!!!
we used a recipe from the [...] application for dinner one night.he was talking to my husband on the phone a couple of days ago and thanked him again for it.
i check it first thing in the morning (weather, email) and last thing at night.
learned to just charge it every night whether it's "empty" or not.
with my 2g, i can do that for several nights, and i still have battery.

other thoughts: i was honestly surprised at waf375's review, because i turn mine on when i wake up at six, and keep it on until six at night and my battery works fine.
i had a 30gb zune until it spent the night in an inch of powerade.
it's not really an issue if you are able to charge the player every night.
20-30 minutes a day charging in the car while i drive makes up for all my other use, which sometimes includes playing it all night while i sleep.
i may be jumping the gun, but i picked this up last night.
i was able around it for 2 hours then i plugged back to my pc and add up some music and video keeping it connected all night.
it did "die" on me one night when itunes hiccuped while loading more files, but was able to be saved when it dropped into low battery mode the next morning.
i can't really think of any real grips about the sansa clip, other than having to charge it at night from the usb port in my pc, but then again, i don't have to buy batteries like the old 512k sansa
i wanted a simple player to listen to while working all night.
i read all the positive reviews and thought that this was the player for me, but it was an absolute nightmare.
