When I bought my Zune I immediatley loaded about 1400 songs and 1500 photos. I found the software very frustrating and hard to use. from Amazon.com The latest download of the Zune software deleted several songs in my library. The titles were still listed, but advises that I could BUY the song. from Amazon.com since I got it never held charge more than 5 hours and being turned off very dissapointed followed all the advises from microsoft page for problems. Neither helped from Amazon.com The Microsoft Zune offers a lot of storage for a reasonable price- 120 Gigabytes for $215.99 is $1.79 per Gigabyte.
