The Zune seems easy to use but I am frustrated by the lack of instructions. "Seem easy" is the opperative word. from Amazon.com I read all the reviews on Zune and was excited to have ordered one and couldn't wait for it arrive. My excitement faded fast once it arrived. from Amazon.com The Zune 4GB is now enhanced with a firmware upgrade and a new software interface. I am assuming that it was a dead battery, but since Microsoft states that the battery cannot be replaced, you end up with a paper weight when it goes.
