People who complain about the software want something that does everything for them. Nothing on the software disc is necessary, unless you need to convert movies. Plug the P7 into the USB port of a PC with Win XP and Win XP loads it as a USB Mass Storage Device. Then, you open Windows Explorer and drag the folders containing your MP3s into the "Music" folder on the P7 (P7 opens like any other drive in Windows). from Newegg.com Pros: Nice design, beautiful 4.3" touch screen, very appealing to the eyesSuperb audio quality. Build in speaker. Coming from JDX951, P7 has much more processing power since I was able to skip through video playback with no lag at all.
