Pros: Super compact for a medium sized video player (and v/light); awesome design and on-screen display style (though that's just my opinion); rockin battery life; UNEQUALED sound quality Cons: FM receiver is weak - in some places, audio will cut out with the slightest movement; some on-screen functions (like the options menu in the far top left corner) are hard to press with just my finger; bundled software is useless - to date, I have not gotten my WinXP machine to detect the device through the iriver software; does NOT play flac files as easily as I though it would - the ones I have probably need to go through some kind of conversion first before they work on the device from Amazon.com Critical battery charging problem and very poor customer service My SPINN 4GB that I bought from Korea has very critical battery charging problem.
