Overall I had been extremely pleased with my Ipod 120, however, within the first two months the inner prongs of the loading/charging area fell out. I've gone too the apple store and the geek squad with know more luck than "We have know idea." or "Probably be cheaper to buy a new one." from Amazon.com I can make play list for any mood, and have it on hand for in the car, or what ever I am doing. When I go and visit family who don't have computers or internet, I can have it on hand for showing them video that I have made of my daughter and have the photos as well. My 3 year old daughter even enjoys watching videos on my ipod. I also enjoy the fact that it has the calendar and contacts feature so I can don't have to carry something separately. from Amazon.com I am getting used to it. Guess it just takes time.
