Pros: Small

Cons: Horrible instructions, battery life, won't sync to computer

I have had this player for a few months now, and the first couple times I synced it to my computer just fine. Now the MP3 player won't sync to my computer at all. I called 1-800-samsung for support, but sat on the phone for 30 minutes, without anyone picking up. I finally hung up, extremely irate at the lack of customer service.

Windows Media Player is so much easier than iTunes--My husband and I each have a Nanos and I've learned that Apple doesn't always make things easy...you can't share libraries...burn CDs from iTunes-purchased music...etc. For the Samsung, there are no accessories, such as lanyards, cases or a wall-charger and you can't easily navigate or control the songs you play, even on playlists. There is no shuffle, but unlike the Shuffle, you can see and select what is playing. from Yahoo.com the base enhancer keeps reseting to zero after one song plays. i cant put my music into playlist because wmp10 is uncooprative. comes with a little note inside appologizing for having 100 mb less that what it says on the package. in my opinion it is more of a thumbdrive that playes music instead of an mp3 player that also doubles as a thumbdrive. from Yahoo.com I received it as a Christmas gift. I had it for about 3 months and I too was having problems with my computer recognizing it. I called the 800 Samsung number, got to speak with a real person right away.
