I found this Ipod Nano to be very hard to use especially without a complete user guide ! The worst thing to me was the fact that to add any MP3 files or any other format of any kind you MUST download Apple's web site. from Amazon.com This product is overall a good deal, but Apple still has a long way to go. I enjoy it somedays, I hate it others, especially since iTunes can convert my .wma music, but not my videos or movies since Apple wants to force you to buy them again in their format (they gave me some crap about liscensing). from Amazon.com Just love it.
