I've already had to factory reset it twice and start all over. The updating via USB cable does NOT work for me at all, and from the sounds of it doesn't for a lot of others, either. check out slacker.com/forum before buying if you are considering buying. It's a great concept, there's just too many bugs still in it, and slacker tech support has NOT been helpful at all. from Amazon.com I have been eyeing the Slacker G2 for a while now, and when it went on clearance at the local Best Buy store, I went ahead and purchased one, and I am so glad that I did!
