I bought the Zune 120 in January of 2009 and it's worked great until now, October 2009. I think the problem is with the software on the device. from Amazon.com IF YOU PLAY AND GET THE ZUNE PASS THIS IS A OK DEAL BUT YOU DON'T GET TO DOWNLOAD ALL THE ALBUMS AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ALOT OF THE GREAT ALBUMS OUT THERE.
