I got this for my 11 year-old grandson and he opened it up and immediately started using it. Had no trouble with downloading songs but not quite sure about the videos. from Amazon.com I purchased one of this and within a week it stopped working, I had to pay $200 to them for a replacement, within a week it went bad to. They sent me a third and it will not work at all. from Amazon.com The product is actually pretty good being in this price range and the only complaint I have is that not all avi files work. A little conversion and that can be solved. Another one is that the player is a bit loud with the headphones plugged in but getting a set of headphones with their own volume on them can solve that as well. The battery life is pretty good and Its great to listen to my mp3s, watch videos, and have plenty of space with the included SD slot for more space options. from Amazon.com Purchased for three year old Granddaughter who loves music. Navigating the menus is very difficult; which is made worse by the fact that it takes the player forever to respond when you press a button (up to 10 seconds).
