Easy to use, great value. I would highly recommend this player to anyone. I needed to call the Mach Speed technical line to help me load files (It is not hard I am just old) and they are in Oklahoma! How refreshing to speak to someone that is from the good old USofA! from Tigerdirect.com I have had my Oasis for 3 months.
