I bought this as a present for my wife, and then had second thoughts after reading the prior review, so before taking it back to OD for a refund, I decided to try it out. It is extremely easy to use. from Amazon.com I received the Maxx Digital Explorer I GPS for Christmas and trust my brother to give me something that should be tossed in the trash. What does it do? from Amazon.com Just bought one due to excellent advertised price and features (MP3, video, and eBook). But this unit fails to deliver what matters the most - quick and reliable reception of GPS satellite signals. from Amazon.com Worked for over an hour to acquire a signal.
