This is our 3rd Zune, I have one, my wife, and now my son. We share a Zune pass and cannot imagine having to pay for every MP3 we want to listen to. from Amazon.com I won't go into a full breakdown of the Zune product itself, since this is specifically speaking about the Refurbished unit. Simply, I give the player itself 5 stars, and the refurbished version still earns full marks. from Amazon.com I had the 80 GB Zune previously, which came with the best in-ear headphones. Unfortunately, I lost it at the gym, so opted for the 8 GB to hold me over until I get the Zune HD. from Amazon.com my experience with the Zune was terrible...for the life of me I could not get it to sinc with my windows media player...which makes absolutely no sense...it is a Microsoft product...if you dudes at Microsoft read this, wake up... I even updated everything on my computer, new versions of media player, updates to windows, the whole bit, and still nada, zilch, no music...after a week and still no music back it went...got a different player and bam, everything worked fine... from Amazon.com I am retired and like to listen to books while walking or doing boring work. For example the files not loading up right, and we had to reformat it several times. I haven't had my Zune that long yet but it is miles above the Ipod.
