A couple of things, since I was buying this product they should have the courtesy at least to delete the songs and other stuff recorded. It was registered to someone, I hope it was not stolen since that could be a minor larceny, just indicate that at least the previuos owner knows that this item was sold. from Amazon.com The 3rd generation ipod nano.
